As well as the pet hospital, our colleagues at the Farm Vet Clinic (Finbarr Kiernan Veterinary) are located upstairs at our Corlurgan Business Park premises. Our dedicated large animal team are your ideal partner in all aspect of large animal care to cattle and sheep.

We are experts in disease prevention and control. We provide a comprehensive on-site and vet clinic service. Our experts are highly trained, large animal veterinary surgeons who have the knowledge and experience to assist you with many health issues. Some of the issues include;

Accomodation
We have separate accommodation for dogs, cats and other small animals along with an isolation area for pets with contagious diseases. All of the wards have air conditioning to ensure that your pet is kept comfortable.

We have state of the art dog kennels that are very comfortable. These kennels are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between patients. We also have two large “walk in” kennels for larger dogs or dogs that require a long stay in the hospital and have access to an outside area for walks & fresh air.

Our cat ward is a quieter area so that the cats and other small pets are less stressed when admitted. We use an artificial pheromone (Feliway) in the cat area, this promotes a feeling of contentment and security so that your cat can feel relaxed. This helps speed up healing and makes our patients much easier to handle! We also have a small isolation ward away from the other wards which allows us to look after very ill animals that may need a higher level of treatment.
